In this bi-weekly group, we explore what optimal mental health and behavior might look like in older women. We start with a brief meditation and a round of sharing, followed by a discussion around the issues that many older women deal with daily. Many topics offer a gold mine for personal growth and development, such as:
**Aging**Being Alone**Money Management**Adult Kids**Being in the Caretaker Role**Finding Purpose** Bereavement**Sexuality**What Really Matters**
The direction is responsive to the needs and interests of the group members and will be facilitated for equal sharing and conversation.
