This recurring meditation series, as currently scheduled, will continue to meet on Zoom for eight consecutive Saturdays, from June 12 through July 31st. Our shared goal is to hone our meditation skills and to cultivate compassion, gratitude, and non-judgmental awareness as we bring a measure of calmness and relaxation to our moments. Each week includes a selected reading and two guided meditations with time in between for participants’ sharing.
The group is led by Dr. Freeman Humphrey, a retired psychiatric social worker with in-depth experience in both guided meditation and group facilitation for over twelve years.
