This recurring 8-week series, August 21st through October 9th, is currently continuing to meet on Zoom. Our shared goal is to hone our meditation skills and to cultivate compassion, gratitude, and non-judgmental awareness as we bring a measure of calmness and relaxation to our moments.
The group is led by Dr. Freeman Humphrey, a retired psychiatric social worker with in-depth experience in both guided meditation and group facilitation for over twelve years.
