Qigong Workshop: Mindful Movement Promotes Health And Well-Being

Saturday, December 2nd, 9:30 to noon

This is a special half-day Qigong workshop for people at all levels of experience. Join us in a peaceful, energizing practice that will leave you feeling alive and present in the “now.” We will train in the internal art of mindful movement, which originates as “Qi,” or energy. The practice of Qigong can promote emotional, mental, and physical health, as well as good balance, preventing falls. Village members are free; non-members $20.

Presenter Elad Levinson is a certified level 1 and 2 teacher trained by Teja Bell. He has practiced mindfulness meditation and Qigong for over 15 years.
