Mindfulness-Based Meditation Group
Each of the ten sessions will include two guided meditations followed by a post-meditation check-in. Our goal is to hone our meditation skills and foster calmness, relaxation, compassion, gratitude, and nonjudgmental awareness. Sessions are held in a Village member's home.
Facilitator, Freeman Humphrey, is a retired psychiatric social worker who has led mindfulness-based meditation groups for over ten years.
Registration is on a "first-come" basis for up to 10 Village members and volunteers.
