Mindfulness-Based Meditation Group
Our goal is to hone our meditation skills and foster calmness, relaxation, compassion, gratitude, and nonjudgmental awareness. Sessions are held in a Village member's home.
Facilitator, Freeman Humphrey, is a retired psychiatric social worker who has led mindfulness-based meditation groups for over ten years.
