Mindfulness-Based Meditation

Open to Village members and active volunteers. Our goal is to foster compassion, equanimity, gratitude and non-judgmental awareness through guided meditation and shared insights. 

Limited to 10 participants. The current session is full. The next series, once scheduled, will be announced in the newsletter. For more information contact us at or 707-776-6055 to be put on the waitlist for the next session. 

Facilitator, Freeman Humphrey, is a retired psychiatric social worker who has led mindfulness-based, guided meditation groups for over ten years.
